Fresh Wave Floor Cleaning did an amazing job on our carpets! Our elderly dog had gotten bladder stones and had multiple accidents on the carpet. I used every product I could find but still I could smell urine. After Fresh Wave came I could not smell anything but fresh carpets (even when I got on my hands and knees!!). They were very thorough and used a special light to find the spots to specifically treat those areas. They used barriers to protect our walls and mats to protect our hard floors while they worked. I so appreciated the diligence! I highly recommend them if you are needing your carpets cleaned!

We started renting our home almost 4 years ago. I was very unhappy with the way the carpets looked the day after we moved in. Especially since we had been told they had just been cleaned a few days prior. They sent their “specialist” out and the stain changed shades, but was still visible.
